When you voluntarily subscribe, we store your nickname, email address, consent status, consent version, page language, source page, and timestamps.
When you submit an item suggestion, we store the email address, item name, proposed price, description, optional image filename, source page, and submission time. The image itself is delivered through FormSubmit and is not stored in D1.
Suggestion information is used to review and respond to submitted ideas. Marketing emails are sent only where the separate optional marketing checkbox was selected.
The game remains usable without an email address or marketing consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time through the unsubscribe page or by emailing [email protected].
Cloudflare Pages, Workers and D1 are used to host the website and database. FormSubmit is used to deliver suggestion-form messages and optional image attachments to [email protected]. A dedicated email-marketing provider may be added later, and this notice should be updated before that happens.
Marketing subscriber records are retained until consent is withdrawn or they are no longer required. Suggestion records should be reviewed and deleted when they are no longer needed.
